Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
#1
Only 73 days to go until the 100th anniversary of PPIHC!

I can't wait to see the unveiling of the EV competitors in both car and bike.

I'm hoping Drive eo will return this year to smash the record they set in 2015

Last year was incredible, with the record for the first time being taken outright by an electric car. However, do you think this year they'll be able to get closer to Peugeot and Sebastian Loeb's insane time of around 8.30?!

As far as I know, that was their aim last year and if they return (I hope so!) they will get closer to smashing that record (good luck!)

Yes, and it looks awesome! Same bike as their TT entrant I think.

Another electric bike entry? Doesn't say much about the bike, but I', guessing it's electric.

Last night on Kristaps Dambis Instagram profile a picture was put up showing last year's PPIHC winning 1MW car and stating that in 10 (now 9) days time it's going to be shipped to America for the second time in it's life.

Good luck Drive eO!!!

Their car is awesome. But I wonder what else will be trying to compete, will "Monster" & Mitsubishi come up with something special too?

Yes, that's right - Monster teamed up with Rimac, but Mitsubishi used to also produce an electric car for the hill climb, not sure if they were there last year though, without looking it up.
